Matthew began his insurance career in 2010 becoming a partner at Anderson Williamson Insurance Agency. This adventure lead him to become sole owner in 2017 after the retirement of John “Rick” Williamson.
Matt lives in Xenia with his wife Holly Bledsoe Bennett, which is a lifelong resident of Greene County, along with their daughter Morgan. Prior to insurance Matt attended Ohio University. And after college worked as a consular for Job and Family Services in Ross County , Ohio. From there he left and work with various Tobacco Companies as a sales manager before going into the insurance business.
Matt is a proud member of Xenia Rotary and sits on the board for Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce. Matt also sits on the Greene County Library Foundation Board and is a commissioner for the City of Xenia Planning and Zoning Commission.
In his free time Matt loves to golf and coach his daughter various sports teams.

Andrew lives in Springboro with his wife Nicole Diane (Francis) Thielman, a graduate of Bellbrook High School in 2001, along with their three sons, Hayden, Grayson, and Declan. Prior to insurance Andrew attended Western Michigan University, where he holds degrees in Business Analytics and International Marketing. After college he worked for the Commerce Department, while earning his PGA Class “A” Membership in the Professional Golfers Association of America. Andrew moved to Ohio in 1995 to become the Golf Professional at Country Club of the North, then Dayton Country Club, and afterwards The Golf Club at Yankee Trace, before becoming the General Manager at Golf Galaxy and retiring to being his career in insurance.
Andrew is proud of his affiliation as a past board member of the Kettering-Moraine-Oakwood Chamber of Commerce and Springboro Youth Basketball.
In his free time Andrew loves to teach golf to various youth organizations and coach his sons in all sports that they play. He can also be found rooting for his favorite University of Georgia sports teams!
